At Daval we are in constant communication with our clients, not only during a project but also before and after to ensure they are fully satisfied with the service we have provided. It is highly important for us to be confident our customers are happy with the items they have had manufactured by us.
What can we provide?
At Daval Machining Services Ltd we focus on providing the most cost effective and efficient machining solutions to all of our customers. We are able to provide support where it is needed to try and avoid high costs and long lead times.
Reverse engineering
WWe are regularly given components/assemblies which may need repaired or replaced. If there are no design drawings available we are able to measure up and replicate exisiting components exactly.
Design
We are able to assist our customers at the design stage of a project to make component manufacture more efficient and cost effective if required.
3D Milling
Our most recent investment has been two suits of Edgecam CAD/CAM software, this has allowed us to dramatically reduce running times and increase tool life. This has also allowed us to mill certain details on some components which require 3D milling techniques. You will find examples of this in the recent jobs section.
Material Supply
Since we were established in 2007 we have built up a vast selection of approved suppliers, this allows us to source a huge range of materials for our clients. If our suppliers are unable to supply the desired material we will do our best to locate a company which can do so, this sometimes involves importing from other countries.
Material analysis
For a lot of the items we manufacture material grade is hugely critical, this can affect the operational characteristics of the parts dramatically. If we are given a component which has to be replicated from the exact grade of material originally used but there is no record of what it might be then we can use various techniques to figure this out. This ensures our client is getting an exact replica of the component as requested.
